Branch Operations Manager, Northern Eyre Peninsula

Trusted, Iconic Brand | Newly Created Opportunity | Multi-site Management

Born and bred on the Eyre Peninsula over 70 years ago, our client, Ramsey Bros, has established itself as the state’s most trusted partner for today’s farmer. Now operating six dealerships across South Australia, the family owned and operated business is deeply embedded in local community; not only providing genuine support, value for money services and top of the range equipment, they are firmly focussed on helping to drive more sustainable agricultural practices and giving back to local charities, schools and service groups through volunteering efforts.

We are now seeking a highly proficient and committed Branch Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and operations of Ramsey Bros’ northern Eyre Peninsula branches in Cleve, Kimba and Wudinna.

Servicing a large geographical area and a range of highly valued, long-term clients, the Branch Operations Manager will champion Ramsey Bros’ core values, leverage their interpersonal communication and negotiation skills to maintain existing and establish new stakeholder relationships, and emit superior leadership and people management skills to ensure the effective and efficient performance, wellbeing and, ultimately, overall satisfaction of their employees.

Reporting to the Group Operations Manager, the Branch Operations Manager will contribute to the development and implementation of organisational strategies, policies and practices; have direct oversight of the Parts and Service department managers, Administration and Sales teams; contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies; and actively and positively promote the professional image of Ramsey Bros as the preferred supplier and service provider to agricultural machinery users.

Success in this role will be underpinned by prior experience in managing a multi-faceted branch, coupled with financial aptitude, superior organisation skills, commitment to achieving organisational goals and motivation to drive and grow the business. Equally, you will be a highly energetic, engaging and results oriented person, who strives to make an outstanding contribution to an organisation while further developing and maximising career opportunities.

Applications are encouraged from those who currently reside in, or are seeking to relocate to, the picturesque Eyre Peninsula.
