Manager Attraction Programs

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Manager Attraction Programs to join SAPOL on contract until the 30 June 2025, to initiate, plan, lead and implement talent attraction strategies and campaigns, all crucial projects to assist with SAPOL’s strategy. The Manager Attraction Programs will discern and analyse labour markets and other workforce trends to develop and deliver talent attraction strategies across a range of progressions within the organisation.

Reporting to the Director, Organisational Development and working in close partnership with the Manager Talent Acquisition and Accelerate Recruitment Program Office, the incumbent will drive ongoing reform and identify and deliver enhanced talent attraction and recruitment practices to meet SAPOL’s current and future workforce needs.

High level interpersonal skills and significant experience in the strategic planning, development and implementation of innovative talent attraction strategies in a changing and complex organisation are essential, and relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Business, Marketing or equivalent are highly desirable. This role is an exceptional opportunity to assist SAPOL in the delivery of excellent policing to the community they serve.  The role is available for immediate commencement.
