The Commission’s primary functions are to identify, investigate and prevent or minimise corruption in public administration. We are seeking an energetic, passionate and results oriented HR Business Partner to join the Commission at an exciting time in its history. Working as an integral member of the Corporate Services Section, you will actively participate in managing sensitive human resources matters, coordinating recruitment, selection, placement and induction exercises and contribute to organisational workforce programs. Reporting to the Manager Business Services, you will demonstrate relevant experience in the field of Human Resources where you have successfully provided expert human resources advice to leaders through a business partnership approach, applied a proactive style to your work including reviewing and maintaining human resources policies and procedures in line with requirements and a proven ability in identifying, mitigating and solving real or potential human resources issues. You will have outstanding interpersonal communication skills, be diligent, organised and thorough, and be able to develop trusted, credible business relationships. You will have tertiary qualifications in human resource management or demonstrated equivalent experience. This is an outstanding opportunity to join the Commission.
