Our client, SafeWork SA is responsible for providing work, health and safety, public safety and state-based industrial relations services across South Australia. As a regulator, Investigators and Inspectors ensure work health and safety and public safety standards are met and appropriate action is taken when breaches of laws are detected.

The Manager, Operational and Legal Support Team will demonstrate an affinity to the values and intent of the role requirements, and more broadly SafeWork SA. You will exhibit an unwavering commitment to workplace safety and the utilisation of best practice compliance techniques across the State. Key strengths in lateral and divergent thinking will assist in the delivery of enhanced compliance and enforcement capabilities and improved organisation-wide programs.
Interest is sought from skilled leaders with comparable experience in leading and developing a small team of professionals. The Manager, Operational and Legal Support Team will be responsible for role-modelling a strong focus on collaboration, engagement and transparency and will actively drive an organisational culture characterised as high performing and accountable. This key appointment requires high levels of engagement with key stakeholder groups, both internally and externally, and requires an experienced and effective communicator.
