Our client, the Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC), is the lead central agency supporting the Premier and Cabinet.  The Chief Executive has established a strategy for the SA Public Sector which has a key priority in making the SA Government easy to do business with.  In order to deliver on this strategy, we are seeking an Executive Director, Customer Experience and a number of team members to lead and manage the Customer Experience Program across the entire Public Sector.

We are seeking expressions of interest from people who have the passion and energy to drive a whole new customer service experience across the SA Public Sector.  This will involve creating an omni-channel experience and new service standards.  We need people with experience in customer research and insights, customer centric user design, customer strategy and program/project management.  If you love customers, we would like to hear from you.
