The opportunity now exists for an outstanding Branch Manager to join this iconic, trusted organisation.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will take responsibility for a highly successful Branch at Ramsey Bros in Wudinna. Servicing a large geographical area and a range of highly-valued, long-term clients, we are seeking applications from candidates who place great importance on customer service, achieving excellent customer outcomes, and effectively leading and managing a valued workforce across Parts, Service and Administration
You will be experienced in managing a multi-faceted branch, a team of professionals, and a highly valued client base, servicing a large customer base, in both volume and geography. As Branch Manager, you will work closely with the Group Parts Manager and Group Wholegoods Manager to develop and implement marketing plans including demonstration days, field days, customer training and customer events, while developing targeted sales and marketing plans specific for your geographic location.
Thorough training will be provided, however, it is expected that applicants will be able to demonstrate comparable experience and a background in agricultural machinery or from within the automotive industry, however, we will consider applications from outstanding applicants from outside of the industry.
Outstanding interpersonal communication skills and the ability to think laterally and divergently will be paramount to your success in this role. An understanding of budgets, and the ability to read and contribute to financial reports will be required.
