The exciting opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a new Human Resources Manager to take responsibility for the development and implementation of policies and procedures enabling employees to deliver on the School’s Strategic Plan.
Working closely with the Principal, Business Director and Deputy Principals, the appointee will provide outstanding support across the complete HR operational suite of functions for the whole of School. This will include attracting, retaining and developing high-quality human resources; designing, delivering and coordinating the provision of L&D programs; contributing to workforce and succession planning; installing, in conjunction with ICT, contemporary HR data governance, collection and analysis systems; leading the maintenance of a positive, inclusive, collaborative, safe and secure organisational climate for all Pulteney staff (including managing WHS activities); driving communication channels to ensure complete feedback loops from staff to the Executive to assist in strategic and business planning and commitment to new initiatives; and in ensuring the provision of professional, contemporary HR management systems in all of Pulteney’s endeavours.
We are seeking a highly pragmatic, hands-on HR Manager with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to display genuineness, warmth, maturity and leadership presence in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders. You will be a clear and intelligent thinker with a strong sense of purposefulness, proactivity and initiative who is prepared to champion continuous business improvement.
As a role model in enacting behaviours which reflect significant credibility as a respected HR Manager, you will derive an immense level of satisfaction through providing support to a brand-new School Executive which is fully committed to an exciting new era of Pulteney’s leadership.
