We are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Administration Officers who, ideally, will be available to commence immediately when various part-time and full-time assignments become available.
We are seeking interest from dedicated, diligent, loyal and engaging professionals who enjoy providing exceptional administrative services and will hit the ground running in these positions.
You will have proven experience in:
- Managing and preparing correspondence
- Receiving, screening and distributing incoming calls
- Greeting visitors
- Coordinating meetings and managing bookings for corporate travel and functions
- Filing and records management
- Responding to enquiries in a timely manner while maintaining confidentiality
- Formatting reports and word processing, including data entry
- Processing payments and invoices using MYOB, Xero or other software packages
