Temp, Contract and Permanent Opportunities
Our Firm, Stillwell Select Recruitment, is a leading Adelaide-based firm specialising in temporary, contract and permanent recruitment. We are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Accounts Officers who, ideally, will be available to commence immediately when various part-time and full-time assignments become available.
Your experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable combined with your “hands-on” approach to tasks will be paramount when hitting the ground running in these positions, as will your:
- experience in receipting and allocating payments, raising purchase orders, invoice management, payroll support and reconciliations
- working knowledge of basic accounting standards and principles
- high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- strong knowledge of one or more accounting programs, in particular MYOB and Xero
- high proficiency in the MS Office suite, in particular Word and Excel
- ability to prioritise workload and self-manage your time to meet strict deadlines
- strong analytical skills and willingness to learn
Recent practical experience in small to medium sized businesses will be an advantage, as will exposure to the processing of GST and BAS.
To be successful in joining our temp candidate pool you will need to be proactive, flexible and dedicated with a strong work ethic and excellent skills in the MS Office suite and have exposure to various accounting software packages.
